Position Available: Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, APRN

HVCC is a private nonprofit human services agency located in Vernon, CT. Our mission is to provide services to individuals and families in a manner that will promote independence while ensuring that basic needs are met regardless of ability to pay.
We’re seeking a part-time Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our collaborative team in Vernon and/or Norwich, CT. Provide outpatient psychiatric care, including assessments, medication management, and patient education — all in a supportive, community-focused environment. Flexible hours during normal business operations.
What You’ll Do:
Conduct psychiatric assessments and medication management visits
Encourage proactive recovery and healthy living
Collaborate with clinicians and outside healthcare providers for continuity of care
Use EMR and e-prescribing systems
What We’re Looking For:
CT-licensed APRN with a Master’s from an accredited nursing program
Experience with EMR systems
Mental health and addiction experience preferred
CPR and DEA certification required
